It was suggested that the WWW2000 Summer group all try to wear purple togas. This would require buying some purple cloth ahead of time. I've included below a picture of some fabric that Diane, Smiling57, and I picked up in Phoenix. It should give you an idea of what we're doing. You can pre-make a toga at home or just bring the material and make it there.
Of course all this is just a suggestion and not a WWW requirement. Who needs requirements and rules at WWW? LOL!
