Do you think Zumba lessons will help in the disco? I love to dance but am not very good at it. Sarge and Spiderman used to help me alot.

YES! YES!! YES!!!

I love Zumba but everytime my gym gets a good instructor, someone else steals them it is so hot here now. I love the classes.

I wish I could dance so I could get certified to teach it...

Do they still have dance lessons at Hedo II? Does anyone attend? I've been to the resort 7 times and always thing about going but have never attempted. That darned sand gravity get in the way. Maybe this time if they still have them.

I don't know - I don't think I have ever heard of them. I am same with that sand gravity.

I am a huge fan of Zumba! I take a class at work once a week. Not only is it a great workout it's lts of fun. Definitely take the Zumba class and transfer the moves to the dance floor. It will work out fine.

I am also a Zumba fan! I think that a lot of the moves will transfer to the dance floor. Just feel the beat and don't think about it too much!

I love Zumba also. I go once a week. Sometimes the water excise will incorporate Zumba moves...When I was at Hedo last week Kathy and I did some Zumba moves on the dance floor and it worked great.
