Dirty Banana 1 medium banana 1-1 1/2 oz. Tia Maria table sugar to taste milk or cream add ice & blend	Green Grass of Home 1 oz. Slippery Nipple Shot 1/3 Bailey's 1/3 schnapps 1/3 vodka - or - 50/50 Bailey's & Sambuka	Negril Stinger 1 oz. gold rum 1/2 oz. Tia Maria	Sunset 1 oz wild orange liquer (triple sec or similar) 2 oz orange juice 1/4 oz strawberry syrup 1 oz coconut rum 1/4 oz lime juice	Piranah 3/4 oz dark rum 3/4 oz light rum 3/4 oz coconut rum 1/4 cup cranberry juice 1/4 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup grapefruit juice Cracked ice Mix all the rums - mix all the juices - then combine all over ice
Sea Breeze 1-1/2 oz. vodka 2 oz. grapefruit juice 3 oz. cranberry juice 1 lime wedge	Sex on the Beach 1 oz. vodka 1 oz. peach schnapps 2 oz. orange juice 2 oz. cranberry juice	Delroy's Planters Punch 1 oz Appleton Special Rum 1 oz Pineapple juice 1 oz Orange juice Dash of Bitters Dash of lime juice Shake well with ice and pour into glass. Drizzle a little strawberry syrup and Myers rum on top, but don't stir.	An Orange Crush 1oz Smirnoff vodka 1oz Everclear 1oz Peach Schnapps 1oz Seagrams V.O. Fill remainder of a 16oz glass with ice and orange juice
Blast Away 1 Bottle of Castaway 1 Bottle of Diamond White Cider	Coco Loco 1 oz. Lime Juice 1 oz. Fruit Juice 1 oz. OJ 1-1/4 oz. Overproof Rum 1/2 oz. Creme de Banana 1/2 oz. Vodka 1-1/2 oz. Tia Maria 2 ozs. Milk Blend well with shaved ice. Strain into glass and garnish with a slice of Pinapple and Cherry.	Screamin' Banana Banshee 1/2 oz. creme de' banana 1/2 oz. amaretto 1/2 oz. Baileys 1/2 oz. creme de' cacao dark 1 oz. cream Splash pineapple jujice Mix all ingredients, shake well. Pour over ice of serve straight up. Can be served forzen if more juice and creme are aded, plus 1 banana.	Purple Mother Fucker 1/4 oz. blue curacao 1/4 oz. peach schnapps 1/2 oz. 151 rum 1 oz. vodka 1/2 oz. cranberry juice 1/2 oz. sweet & sour mix all ingredients in shaker over ice. shake well. strain and serve straight up in 3 oz. shot glass.

Yellow Bird 1 oz Gold Rum 1/2 oz Creme de Banana 2 oz Orange Juice 1/2 oz Lime Juice 1/4 Clear Syrup Mix and serve in Pilsner with crushed ice.
Deep Sea 1 oz Silvertop Gin 1 oz Blue Curacao 2 oz Pineapple Juice 1/4 oz Lime Juice 1/4 oz Clear Syrup Mix and serve with crushed ice.	Planters Punch 1 oz Overproof White Rum 1 oz Myer’s Dark Rum 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Strawberry Juice Mix all ingredients and serve with ice. Love Zone 1 oz Overproof Rum 1 oz Passion Fruit 1/4 oz Triple Sec 2 oz Pineapple Juice 1/4 oz Lime Juice 1/4 oz Clear Syrup Mix and serve with crushed ice.	Jamaica Delight 1 oz Gold Rum 1/4 oz Apricot Brandy 2 oz Pineapple Juice 1/4 oz Lime Juice 1/4 oz Clear Syrup Mix and serve in Pilsner	Tally Man 1 oz Light Rum 1 oz Dark Rum 2 oz Apple Juice 1/2 oz Honey 1/2 oz Lime Juice Mix all ingredients and serve with crushed ice	Rumba 2 oz Dark Rum 1 oz Light Rum 1 oz Lime Juice 1 oz Gin 1 oz Lemon Juice 2 Dashes Grenadine Shake well and strain into a tall glass. Top with soda water and serve with slice of lemon and lime
Goombay Smash 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum 3/4 oz Coconut Rum 2 oz Pineapple Juice 1/4 oz Lemon Juice 1/4 oz Triple Sec Dash of sugar syrup Shake well and serve in a tall glass with cracked ice & Cherry	Naked Lady 1 1/2 oz White Rum 1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth 4 Dashes Apricot Brandy 2 Dashes Grenadine 4 Dashes Lemon Juice Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.	Blow Job Vodka Milk Creme de Cacao Mix in equal parts and serve in aperitif.	Flaming Bob Marley - FBM 1 half shot of Grenadine 1 half shot of Creme de Menthe 1 shot of Rum Pour the Grenadine into an apertif glass, then slowly pour the Creme de Menthe so as not to mix the two. The Creme de Menthe should "sit" atop the Grenadine. Using the same technique, slowly pour the rum in so you have Red on the bottom, then Green, then Gold (or Yellow). Once you have all three ingredients in the glass, light the rum with a match, quickly insert a straw to the bottom and suck the whole thing down quickly.
White Irish 1/2 oz Bailey's 1/2 oz Irish whiskey	Continental 1 oz Napoleon Brandy 1 oz Jamaican Rum Cream 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur 1 oz Milk 1/2 oz Strawberry Syrup Shake all ingredients together, pour over ice and remember that Negril Sunset	Rum & Water Tall glass with a few ice cubes As much rum as you can handle - preferably Appleton overproof Add water to mix Don't plan to drive for a week	Bay Breeze 1-1/2 oz. vodka 2 oz. pineapple juice 3 oz. cranberry juice 1 lime wedge
Delroy's Special Add one shot of the following to a Dirty Banana: 151 rum Appleton rum Coconut rum Rum cream	Baby Guinness Shot Tia Maria on the bottom Baileys on top	Sweet Pussy a shot or two of Galliano. Fill half the cup with Colada mix. Blend together. Then fill rest of glass with Colada mix.	Red Rooster 3 quarts cranberry juice cocktail 2 (6-ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted 2 cups vodka 2 cups PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol) Combine all of the ingredients in a large plastic container. Freeze overnight. It will not freeze solid, but rather achieve the consistency of a slushy. Scoop into glasses, top off with 1-2 oz. Grenadine and serve.
Jamaican Waterslide 2 parts Malibu Coconut Rum 2 parts Bacardi Limon Rum 2 parts pineapple juice 2 squeezes fresh lime juice (no, you cannot use Rose's-it's too sweet) Serve straight up, on the rocks, or as a body shot.	Woo-Woo 1 oz Peachtree Schnapps 1 oz vodka 2 oz cranberry juice drink as a shot EVERYONE RAISES THE SHOT IN THE AIR WITH THERE RIGHT HAND. PRETENDS TO SET THE WHISTLE OFF WITH THERE LEFT YELLING "WOO-WOO", THEN TAKES THE SHOT.	Red, White & Blue strawberry daiquiri on the bottom... pina colada in the middle... float with blue Curacao	Wild Bunch 4 shots Dark Rum 2 shots Banana Liquor 4 shots Pineapple juice 2 shots Coco Lopez (coconut crème) 4 shots Fruit Syrup 1 Banana Add ice and blend Makes a blender full
Peach on the Beach 1 1/2oz. peach schnapps 1 1/2oz. coco rum 1 oz. oj 1 oz. pineapple juice serve on the rocks or frozen/blended	Homemade Tia Maria 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 1-1/3 c rum 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 4 tsp instant coffee Dissolve sugar in boiling water, covered; let cool to room temperature, and add the rest of ingredients. Let stand several days before consuming. Use real vanilla extract, not imitation! Thanks John & Carol	Carribean Madras 1 1/2 part rum (your choice - overproof or not - depending on how messed up you'd get) big splash of grand marnier All this over ice.... Then... 1 oz of cran juice splash of OJ if you like sweet or feel it's "missing" something add a dash of grenadine... Fruit syrup can be made by mixing 1/2 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a rapid boil. Simmer for a minute or two and let cool. Makes 3/4 cup syrup.
