Our recent trip to Hedo III was dissapointing. We have been to Hedo II 5 years in a row and wanted to try something different. The rooms were nicer than at II, but everything else was second rate. Unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent and often surly, the food was scary on occasion, the outdoor in the dark buffet meals were not pleasant, and the reception we received upon arrival was very lukewarm. I don't know what the problem is but even at Hedo II when there weren't many guests, the services always were first rate. The guests were unenthusiastic the majority of the time at Hedo III and you had to struggle to talk to a stranger who wasn't with one of the many groups. We did meet a few fun folks, but they were only at the resort a few of the same days as we were. Also, guests were more inhibited at III and it seemed a bit more restrained. Overall, we would not recommend another trip to Hedo III.
