We were unable to book our complete 12 day holiday at Hedo 2 as we wanted as 2 was full so we ended up with 3 days at Hedo 3 and we had a chance to see and compare. We arrived at Mobay at 1pm on April 21 after a long night. YVR, YYC, YYZ, MBJ. It's what you get when the're free, but still was a lovely 17hrs. Over an hour clearing customs. At Superclubs went to get a beer. As the kiosk was busy so I went out and got beer at a bar outside. NO, WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!!!!!!. I did not have my passport with me and was unable to get back into the airport.
SO was abusive. You AxxxxxE!!!!! Bus was held until errant Canadian found. Bus was big one with a few Hedonites (back of the bus) and some very very straight people inhabiting the front. Much mirth among Hedonites argument between AxxxxxE and SO. After an 2 hour bus ride(are we there yet) we arrive at Hedo 3. A total of 4 hours after touchdown in Mobay. We get rooms fairly quickly and end up in a quad room in the 100 block, 3rd floor. The rooms are much bigger than at Hedo 2 with a lovely bathroom that the SO loves.. Oh these jets!!!!
We peel off and go directly to the nude pool. Immediately run into first problem. Security guard assures us that smoking ganja is not a permitted use by the pool. I'm looking around, Am I in Kansas? Other patrons of fake Hedo assure us, "people don't like that around here ". Oh, Oh Looking for Rod Sterling Definitely in Twilight Zone. Later we are stopped while having ......sex.....! by the same security guard. WOW We are in Kansas. That night we eat at Munasan. Good eats but seems a bit stuffy compared to Munasan at 2. To bed early. Sweaty night forgot to attend to A/C.
Up early and off to a good breakfast(my favorite meal). We look around the resort after breakfast and go back to room to polish up ourselves and the room. Soon we have a couple of loungers between the pool and the stairs to the beach. Spend time getting to know some Canajans we met on bus. Really, Really!!! Good story told. Booze burgers etc. Afternoon passes. Almost no one around except Germans who wonder why no PDA'S since last visit 2 years earlier. SO gets oral. Security guard comes over. NO BLOW JOBS!!!!!! Where am I? SO immediately sits on protrubence. Security guard comes back "NO SEX AT HEDO' exact quote. check heart pills.....did I hear that? WOW!!!! Definitely fake Hedo. I go to get beer at bar. Security guard come over. Very friendly Puts hand on shoulder. Says..." You know your having a good day".... I respond "Why?" She says " You didn't leave here in handcuffs".........................................................
Sorry I will not be coming back to Hedo 3 again. I'm in shock rest of day. We spend some time at the prude bar (better scene than 2) and eat at the grand buffet(lousy). We check out the piano bar. I don't think I'm old enough yet(52) Don't like them at either resort. Go to disco. Very good. SO loves the cage. Music very good. None of that kickbox they play at Hedo 2. Lots of dancers on the bar. But now the AxxxxxEs come out Cameras everywhere. No attempt to stop them. We leave. Got to Hot tub Fairly quiet Off to bed. We spend a quiet third and last day at Hedo 3. We have a lot of sex in the pool(It's alright in the pool) and even sneak out one on the loungers (keeping eye out for security). Another good meal at Munasan. A few drinks at bar. Disco not very busy. We're off to bed. We happily leave the next morning for Hedo 2 at 10 AM by bus for the 4 hour ride back to Mobay and then to Hedo2.
Would we go back? Not likely. Being threatened with jail was very upsetting.
The rooms are way better. The crowd is a tad younger but not very wild. Some very very attractive young women. Some very old boys with walkers and very young female attendants. The nude pool scene and the nude hot tub are nowhere near as nice as at Hedo 2 and that's where we spend our time. Breakfast was excellent and I loved sitting with the ocean view. Munasan at two is better though the SO preferred the menu at 3. The music in the disco at 3 was way better than at 2. Generally the grounds are much smaller at 3 then at two. I don't get the quad; though it allows for more people to leave their room naked. Three is different than two and not in any way that I like enough to change resorts. I saw, I came, I won't be back.
