We just returned from a one week stay (Jan 21-27) at Hedo III and felt we had to write this review to counter what we had read prior to going.  We had a fantastic time.  The staff at the resort was warm and caring and fulfilled any request we made.  We watched the staff take care of two guests who were disabled.  I have never seen that kind of attention and help given by staff at hotels before.  We have stayed at many high end resorts and this was a first. There were a couple minor problems in the room and we gave a note to the front desk and these were fixed within a short amount of time.

The housekeeping staff was also excellent and left our room as clean as possible.  We also had no problem with our hot water.  We don’t know if it was due to the time of year or what but we did not have a problem with mosquitoes and we saw only a couple of flys and they were not on the food.

The food selection at each meal was broad and offered many types of food so that no matter your preference, you could find something to fulfill your needs.  It was done well and what we had was very tasty.  We were pleased with both the Italian and Japanese restaurants as well.  We are pretty fussy about food given how spoiled we are in California with good food so we think the resort did a good job. 

The entertainment crew was terrific.  They did their best to ensure everyone had a good time.  There were plenty of activities if you chose to engage but there were quiet places to kick back as well (the quad pool during the day).  The band that is featured at the resort is quite good and provided music all ages could listen to while eating and then dance to.  The nude pool was quite crowded and most of the events occurred there but the nude beach was quiet and less crowded.  There was no pressure to do anything you didn’t want to do.  We enjoyed the disco and the theme parties.  The security staff is on top of moving out quickly any guest who may be bothering others or is inappropriate.  This was appreciated by all the other guests.  We basically had a great time and will return.
