Tom and Michelle Wild Bunch May 18-25, 2003
This was our first trip to Hedonism III and to Jamaica for that matter in celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary, and because We had heard about the Wild Bunch and wanted to try a group.
We had a teriffic time. One of the main reasons is the people we met. made some new friends, who made the vacation into a really enjoyable one!! Wild Walt and the Wild Bunch folks are simply amazing. The staff were also very friendly and willing to do anything one would want.
We arrived in Montego Bay around noon, went through immigration and customs with no problems, and easily found the Superclubs desk where we met other Wild Bunchers and waited only for a few minutes before being directed to our bus.
As requested by the Wild Bunch we arrived in our Wild Bunch T-Shirts and were greated by the Wild Bunch welcoming committee with fanfare. Also we will always remember Michelle, one of the managers, who seemed to be everywhere the Wild Bunch went. Even had most of her meals with us, as did many other of the staff. that we didnt expect. No wonder the Wild Bunch gets such rave reviews.
Anyway our room was ready, .......we were on the first floor. We spent most of our time at the nude pool and hot tub, that's where most of the guests and activity seemed to be. It was only a few steps over to the nude pool. We found the resort to be much more compact than it seems on the map. We had large Wild Bunch drinking cups sent to us by the group, and found it more convenient to just use the glasses they provided.
We ate at the Italian restaurant twice with members of the group, and the Japanese one once.The breakfast menu was the same each day, but they have about everything you might want, if not they pretty much will cook it for you.. Make sure you say hello to David "Dining room Manager"in the Main dining room, a great fellow!!
For lunch, we always ate at the nude grill by the pool, and sometimes the Scotch Bonnet. The bartenders were great however, mostly the drinks were stronger that we are used to, but still fine with us.
If you have never been with a group, I highly recommend the Wild Walt's Wild Bunch. On the first night there the resort threw a most fanstastic snack party for our group with some of the most spectacular hours'dervs you will ever see. Litterally tables and tables for this group of over 100 people. We had gift partys, slave auctions, private parties in the middle of the night for us. We were shooting water balloons over the hotel buildings. Doing daily nude slide runs, streaking the hotel offices, dancing on the tables in the dining room, Blowing whistles, and horns everywhere they went. If you want to sleep, dont go with this group as they did this all night long and will keep you awake. But we didnt care, we kind of expected this.
We had only one instance of another guest pestering some of the ladies in our group. It went on all day and Security did a great job at easing the tension this guy caused but he never let up and it continued into the evening, till Security had enough and quietly removed him from the property. Come to find out they simply watched and followed him everywhere he went till they had him big time. I was told they sent him to another property.
As far as PDA's go yes there were there. I think the Wild Bunch reputation is a bit under exaggerated. I have heard varying examples of this. We had a midnight Beach party for the group that got pretty wild and crazy. I'm sure it also depends on the people there, and we may have hit a a very loud week. Saw lots of activity during the day. Even more in the hot tub at night, And there are some "sex police" who seem to keep things from getting out of hand. But from what I have been told they let this group just go as they will.
The games which are played certainly have sexual overtones and some language that some might not approve of, but they're fun!! The EC's do a really good job to get people involved and are very enthusiastic. And then this group also has events that get even wilder and they have their own games too. Theme nights were fun, It seemed that the Wild Bunch dressed to the hilt for every night in accordance with the Resort themes and yet added "inner themes" that took everything a step farther. The PJ night was great and the 70's night was really great, then toga night was simply fantastic, followed by on great show on masquerade night on Friday. The Wild Bunch group was all decked out in Pimp and Whore fashions. Over 100 of us all decked out this way. Except many got it backwards and the guys came as the whores! What a riot!
Every night in the Disco was party time. Most of the group were in costume everynight, especially the die hard Wild Bunchers. Many of us partied till way into the night as the Disco was open till 5am.
The piano bar was a super Blast. Every night Wild Walt would get a small group to rush the Piano bar with some corny outfit on passing out some crazy gifts to everyone there. I can say he was quite a site to see each day and night. Everytime we saw him he had on a different costume.
The people of the Wild Bunch with whom, hopefully, we will remain in contact. I haven't mentioned many names, but they know who they are!!! Thanks, guys...we had a blast!!!! Wild Walt, Do you ever sleep?
