thru 01/16/03 Hedonisim III
This was our third trip to Hedo, but our first trip report. We enjoy
reading other people's reports so thought it was time to add our comments.

Once we arrived in MoBay our connection to the Hedo bus was the fastest
ever. Last year we took a private ride, but we don't recommend it.
We made it to the resort in 1.5 hours even though it was raining and slowed us
up a bit. We made a stop at the "Last Chance" for beer, and once for fuel.
Once we got to the resort, we were able to upgrade to a better room, since we
had purchased the "run of the house" and were returning for the third time.
We had to wait for our room, which we did at the hot tub and ordered "dirty
bananas". Took about an hour and we were all set. We loved our view from the
second floor of the 600 building.
As always, the interaction with the other guests is what makes Hedo fun!
Right away Rick & Caroline and John & Janet decided we needed more action and
got the hot tub spiced up. They were famous for that! We missed them when they
left. Tom and Carol Ann nominated Rod to be the acting mayor and welcoming
committee for the orientation tours that came through. You should have seen the
look on some of the first timers when they got a nekkid hug. For some it
was all the orientation they needed and they came back up to join us. We
were happy to see the rest of the "Dirty Banana" group came in on Saturday.
Phil and Jen got the tattoo session going and inducted a few new members. I
managed to apply a few tattoo's myself- Great interaction time!
We missed Crazy Sean and Carol this year. Romeo, Teddy Bear, Petrina, Lisa
and Lust and Dutch filled in nicely and kept us entertained. We missed the
sing-along books in the piano bar. Glen was as good as ever! He saw lots
of "Pie". Bob- the singing cowboy from Montana had an awesome voice and even
filled in for Glen at the piano for a short while. Supposedly, the new books are
going to be there "tomorrow". Sterling with his bottomless Champagne
bottle and his clever wit, had us in stitches most of the time. (He also gave
wonderful massages at the pussy fountain! Thanks!)
The resort was not full by any means. Probably around 60%, with the exception of
the day pass people that came in hoards on the weekend. Most of the day
passers were single, horny men. It was a little intimidating to go to the hot
tub Sat. night. The moon was nearly full, so the hammocks were in full
"swing" and the PDA's on the beach and piers were numerous.
There were a few cut backs we noticed from previous visits. At least they
still had lobster on Monday night, even though it had rained and they had to
have the beach party at the main dining room.
We missed the raft on the nude beach. Thanks Tim and Serena for bringing
rafts for the nude pool, and Jake and Tracy for the bar service floatie.
Roger and Sharon- Thanks for the happy medicine when we were feeling bad about
not extending our trip. You two are the best!
Note- we asked about extending our stay the day we checked in. It took
them 7 days to get back to us with a rate that was ridiculously high for a half
empty resort! (We had inquired several times) Since we had already started
packing and getting in the mode of leaving, we were a bit miffed with the resort
taking so long to get back to us.
We really missed Danny and Lauren and the other dirty banana's that couldn't
make the trip this year. Hopefully, next January will be a good
reunion for old and new "Dirty Banana's"
