Ken & Melody

This was our rookie trip. The first thing I have to say is that Hedo 3 is AWESOME! We will definitely be going back. I also want to thank DennyP for his website. We got an e-mail group together with people who had posted the dates they were going to be there. Our group consisted of Sam & Kevin, Brenda & Jim, Cat & Jim, Terri & Mike, Margaret & Tod, and ourselves.
Day One
Checking into our room went fairly well. Our room was not ready, so the lady behind the desk convinced us to take a different room. The view from room 532 rocks! The building is posted as garden view au naturual. Our view was of the nude beach. We went to the nude pool (Big gulp). No one even paid attention to the fact someone was taking off their clothes. All I can say is that it was GREAT! We ate at the Main Buffet and watched the Steel Pan Band & Tropical Island Show. One act was the Fireman. He was wonderful. He even spun a wheel with fire on Sam’s head! We headed to the Piano Bar at 9:30. Although this sounded kinda tame, our Brenda, Jim, Kevin, and Sam (the veterans) were going, so we figured it had to be good. Thanks guys, without you we wouldn’t have gone and it is definitely a must! Glen (the piano man) was wonderful. He asked if it was anyone’s first night. Of course we raised our hands. He handed the mike to Terri; it was her first night too. She didn’t want to sing, so she held the mike, and I sang. He was doing his version of “There’s a Hole in the Bucket”. All I can say is, “Oh Shit!” It was great! After the piano bar, we headed to the disco, then on to the nude pool & hot tub. We didn’t make it to bed until 2 hours after the sun came up!
Day 2
Day 2 began a tradition for Ken, waking up to a cheeseburger in bed from the nude bar. Then we would go to the pool, meet friends at the nude pool & play games. Cat & Jim arrived, and we met at the main bar for drinks, then on to supper at Pastafari’s with Jamaica Jim and the rest of the crew. It was PJ night. We went to the Piano Bar in our PJs, and then went to the disco to swing on the pole and dance in the cage. We have some great pictures of the girls in our group on the bar dancing! What a blast! Afterward, we went on to the nude hot tub – where it really got hot (wink). We didn’t make it to bed until 6:30 AM! (I think the sun is confused there… it comes up too early!)
Day 3
What a day! I woke Ken up with another cheeseburger in bed, then on to the nude pool. After a few games, it was time for a “nap”. We went to our room. Ken decided to see how the view from the bathroom was. It was great, but I couldn’t keep quiet, and security came to see if anyone was being hurt… they decided to stay & watch the show once they saw it was moans of pleasure, not pain. I can say that the wooden bar on the bathroom window is quite strong, but the paint chips. Afterward, we went back to the hot tub just in time for the new arrival’s tour to pass by us. We had to moon them. After supper at the main buffet, they had music trivia. Kim was amazing. She could name the tune after one beat! It was Karaoke night at the piano bar, then on to the disco. It was our last night with Brenda & Jim, but we had a blast. (We’ll see them later.) On to the hot tub (the PDA’s and GDA’s, group displays of affection, were running rampid), then bed by 3:30 AM (the partying was starting to catch up with us).
Day 4
We woke up early, as Jim & Brenda’s bus left early. We had breakfast at the main bar (the omelets are wonderful). We then learned of the Hedo send off. As the bus left with our friends, we mooned it. The bus driver even backed up so we would moon them again! We went back to the main bar, and did the morning trivia. We won a bottle of Rum Cream and a bottle of Over-proof Rum. We gave Margaret & Tod a proper Hedo send off that afternoon. We went back for more of the nude pool and games, then on to making the togas. We missed the toga making classes, so we faked it. It worked, as my toga was one of the finalists for the tied toga contest. We ate at Munahana’s. We really liked the food, although Ken learned that the garnish wasn’t smoked salmon, it was ginger! (I wish I had a picture of his face when he at it!). Afterward we went to the piano bar then the hot tub. Bedtime was 3:30 AM again.
Day 5
Ken got a cheeseburger in bed… again. We went down to the nude pool in time to play pool volleyball. Then went to the main dining room for the wet t-shirt contest. I had so much fun at this (so did Ken). Back stage we had Woo Hoo shots, then showered & perked up “the girls” with ice cubes. We were told when we went on stage, to dance with attitudes. It was a blast! Tami, a kindergarten teacher from Florida won. Each contestant received a small bottle of Over-proof Rum. After the wet t-shirt contest, we were back at the nude pool in time for the Nudi Olympics. (The Cock Suckers cheated! The Pussy Suckers truly won this! Believe it or not, a Cock Sucker won the underwater breath holding contest… His wife clued us in on how he learned to hold his breath so good!). We then went on to the costume party at the disco. Everyone had great costumes. We decided to go to the hot tub for a while, but got the munchies, so we went to the midnight buffet. We went back to the hot tub, then on to bed around 3:00 AM.
Day 6
We had to say good-bye to Sam & Kevin, so we were up early again. We ate at the main buffet, and then said good-bye properly (with a moon at the bus). I had a sore from the hot tub that was looking infected, so we went to see the nurse. (If I had had Liquid Band-Aid, it would have sealed the cut, and it wouldn’t have gotten infected. It will definitely be part of our travel musts from now on). We went to the pool afterward. At the pool, a couple on day passes had gotten drunk & were making asses of themselves. Kudos to the Security Staff and the guests that helped ease the situation. We ate supper at Munahana’s again, then on to the hot tub. We went to bed around 2:00 AM. The night nurse called at 2:30 AM to check on me. Although I appreciated it, 2:30 AM!
Day 7
It was more of the same routine, although the games were awesome at the pussy fountain. We took over the main pool, played games, did a slide run, and body shots (Ken missed the body shots due to extra slide runs, so I had a surrogate nipple sucker, thanks babe!). There was an outdoor buffet that night; the ice sculptures and the food were great. The piano bar was the wildest it had been on our trip. It included a guy on a day pass getting on the bar, stripping, and then getting jerked cock (no Jamaican Jerk Sauce needed) by a woman who had gotten on the bar to show her pie. We finished the night with a visit to the hot tub, and bed by 3:00 AM
Day 8
We woke up early for breakfast at the main buffet and to turn our Hedo Bucks in. We had accumulated enough for 2 bottles of Appleton Rum, and traded in two bottles of Over-proof Rum for a bottle of Tia Maria. We hung out at the pool until it was time to leave. L I didn’t want to put clothes back on. (Ken didn’t put on underwear until 10PM the next day!) We came home to 53-degree weather and rain! I CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK!
We want to thank all of the EC’s and the bartenders who made the trip even better. Good friends, great staff, and wonderful weather made the trip awesome.
