Gary & Kim - July 2003

We have been to Hedo 2 last year for one week and enjoyed it, therefore we booked Hedo 3 this year from July 28 to Aug 11 for our two week honeymoon.  Thinking that because Hedo 3 was newer and looked better on the internet it would be better.   NOT, we tried a transfer but we were told there were no other rooms available at Hedo 2 for a transfer, for the whole 2 weeks.  The food and bar service sucks big time, you had to wait in line and then to find out they were out of your drink and you had to pick an alternative, we don't know why they advertised Brand Names for you cannot get it on any given time of the day.  The room were great, though.  The worst part was the entertainment crews, Kinky and Teddy Bears, continuous rigging of the games, and contests to the same two people all the time that they sat with and only paid attention to.  Numerous guest attempted to speak to the manager, but they would not allow you to make an appointment and everyday a group of us went to the front desk to see if this person was in they would always tell us, they were not.  We even all left our room numbers to be contacted, but to no avail.  Finally 3 day prior to our departure a bunch of us demanded to see someone and after a 3/4 of an hour wait they directed us to a reservation girl?  She listened to our serious concerns, and promised us (whom were all professional middle aged guests) that she would get back to us.  This never happened.  NO ONE CARES AT HEDO 3 AND THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT OVERSEEING ANYONE.  This was the general theory of everyone.  Hedo 3 was the biggest mistake for our 2 week long anticipated honeymoon.  We threw $6700 down the drain.  Yes, we as well as other guests did everything possible to speak to someone, but no one cared.  We will never return to Hedo 3 and are deeply hurt at the mannerism of this resort and how they treat their guests, especially for we spent 2 weeks on our honeymoon and were treated like SHIT.  Gary & Kim
