I'd been to II a few times before, and I've recently returned from my first (but definitely NOT last) trip to III. I had a blast!
Although it was the week before Christmas, and they were at about 20% occupancy, it was the best vacation ever. I would recommend it to any single females looking to have as much fun as they want and feel safe at the same time. I've traveled alone to Mexico and D.R., but I've never been able to relax as completely as I do at Hedo.
The staff was great (the best ever - anywhere!) I can't say enough about them.
The bad:
My room left a lot to be desired - there was a problem with the plumbing, and the odor was terrible.
There were a lot of wasps at the nude bar. Unfortunately, one of them welcomed my arm, and yes, I was a big baby. The nurse at the nurse's station was very sympathetic and helpful (unlike some people - you know who you are, my friends - old & new)
My biggest complaint is the fact that they have rules on the nude side that I never experienced at II. From what I was told, they are really cracking down on PDA's at III, and I never saw (much less received) a single body shot. Of course, it wasn't very crowded either. I definitely don't think they should have so many rules. If people don't want to have any fun, let them go somewhere else.
The good:
everything else! I met the most wonderful people there - Zack, Michael, Missy & David, the Gator guy, Marty, Jim, and family, the cute twins, the guy that sang the Happy Birthday duet with me (and I apologize for attempting to sing "your song" later that night) the fun group at the nude pool, and, again, the staff - thanks for always making sure that I was having fun! and a special thanks to Mark for singing "Angel" when I really needed to hear some Shaggy!
