TRIP REPORT
Jen & Phil, Head Banana’s Jan 7th-14th
This
was our third trip to Hedo. Before we left on this trip we both had said it
would probably be our last. Somewhere between the time we got there & left
we changed our minds. Sitting on the beach under the full moon and sky full of
stars we both looked at each other & said ‘How can we not come back’?
And that was it, the decision was made!
A few
months before we left we decided to contact a few people on the Internet just
to get talking with some people. To our amazement the group kept growing &
growing and before we knew it we had formed ‘The Dirty Banana’s’.
Because of this it turned out to be the best trip ever! Thanks so much to
everyone who participated in the group & to all that helped organize and
keep track of everyone. Especially Dave & Dawn, Mike & Cheryl, and
Christopher & Mayfield. The Dirty Banana’s will now become an annual
event!
I won’t
bore everyone with the usual travel details, I’ll just quickly go over some
of the downers and the highlights of the trip.
First the
Downers:
-
The clothed gawkers that
showed up at the nude hot tub expecting a show
-
The singing group the
Hangovers from New York, you guys were good but you just over did it – sorry
guys!
-
The parade of young 18-20
yro that stormed the place a couple days before we left, if I wanted to go to
a kiddie disco I would just do that at home!
-
The jerk chicken at the
Scotch Bonnet isn’t as hot as it used to be!
-
Some of the service staff
is a little slow and ‘out there’, smoke some more ganja mon! no problem,
soon come! I guess this is to be
expected.
-
We a slight problem
getting the room we requested and paid for upon check in but made out better
in the end by being given a suite!
-
Jamaican immigration –
we were in line for over ½ hour, only to then get into a second line.. what’s
up with that?
-
Music music music.. need
more music piped in various places on the resort – walkways, nude beach etc
etc. It helps keep you in the
party mood mon!
Highlights of
the trip:

Definitely seeing our good
friends Blake & Tammy again – so good to see you guys!

Tammy thanks for being a
good sport and always being the first to take a body shot!

everywhere on the resort – the lobster on beach party night

The nightly sunset parties
at the Scotch Bonnet

Phil found out that Dirty
Banana’s are indeed fattening when you drink 20 a day (he’s got 7lbs to
prove it)!

Singing ‘Na na na hey
hey hey Goodbye’ to the scare the gawkers away from the hot tub

Marina & I running up
on stage uninvited during the wet T contest to do our part in assisting
another lady in the licking of syrup & cake off of a contestant
-
The naked unidentified
lady standing in the middle of nowhere that let us kiss her breasts goodbye
like it was an everyday occurrence as we left the resort
-
The very large lady with
the size Z breasts that won the wet T contest – that was something to see!
-
Listening to Blake play
his guitar and sing on the beach and hearing Nola the beach waitress sing the
Redemption song from the bottom of her heart – thanks Blake!

Nola singing ‘Don’t’
rock my boat, cuz I don’t want my boat to be rocked’ for us.. I think we
might name our sailboat after Nola in her honor!

Seeing and spending time
with my good friend Nikki the Spa Manager, she gives the best massages around
– great to see you!

My honorary body shot for
the road given by my affectionate fellow bananas – What a treat! Thanks!

Watching like proud
parents as we were leaving the resort, as our bananas marched nude chanting to
the water slide in the middle of the afternoon. That picture made us smile all
the way home

Our VIP trip to the
airport mysteriously arranged for us by?

Some of the great staff
– Foxy (Sandra) or as Phil called her ‘Bushy’ for the many laughs she
gave us and how she called my ‘my wife’ all week long.
Sean & Tristen you guys were great!

nude bar for all of their great service with a smile and a song or two!

Lastly I just want to finish by saying that the best thing about the whole trip is all the many wonderful people we met and became instant friends with. I’m sure a lot of you will be friends for life! Blake & Tammy of course, Rob & Jen, Jorge & Maria, Amy & Michael, Carlo’s & Marina, Christopher & Mayfield, Ken & Sue, France & Sylvain, Pat & Jodi, Lance & Maryanne, Scott & Robin, Greg, Steve & Jen and Vicki & Trevor. And to the ones that made our last day special, Terry & Kathy, Lisa & Brook, Mike & Missy, Larry & Adrianna, I know there were more of you there, I’m sorry I can’t remember all of your names! But thank you all of you for making our last day so much fun! Next year lets all go the same week!
