Jim & Patty - 06/01

Hedo III was a terrific time. I (Patty) planned this trip as a surprise for Jim. This was his anniversary and birthday present. I kept giving him clues, (Some planned and some not planned) for 2 months. He had an idea of where we were going but it was a suprise up until we left.( Ladies keeping your man in suspense is great, he will do anything!! to get information out of you). About 2 months before we left, a friend of ours told me about Denny's website. I registered and with in the first day of registering, MoJack E-mailed me with an invitation to the "Cavedwellers" site. This was the beginning of a great experience. I thank MoJack for hooking me up with the website.

THE TRIP TO MONTEGO BAY: This was uneventful and we arrived to Montego Bay on time and in one piece. Customs and Immigrations were no problem. Having a passport does help. We saw some people with drivers licenses and birth certificates have a little more trouble than we had at immigrations.

THE AIRPORT: We found our way to the SuperClubs counter. While waiting for the bus we were hustled for drugs. I will say they were very nice drug dealers. Once you said no, they left you alone. The ride to Hedo was not real exciting. We were at Hedo III once before on a cruise and the ride that time was a nightmare. This one was good! We had 2 redstripe stops, so alcohol does help the ride seem smoother.

THE RESORT: Once we got to the resort, the representative from Lifestyles Tours, checked us in and we kept our carryon under their table. This is basically one of two encounters we had with lifestyles. We grabbed our thermal mugs, (for drinks) and headed right to the nude pool. Once arriving on the nude side, we saw a lot of familiar faces, Cavedwellers. They gave us a great welcome and introductions were underway. We got naked and into the pool, once we got into the pool it was a short swim to the pool bar. After getting a drink, I saw the sign on the show-time taping. I was not real hip on being part of this production so Hugh,Judy,Jim and I headed to the quad pool. We turned that pool nude real quick. There were everything from nudity, clothed and partially nude in the quad pool. After a few drinks we went and got the key to our room. To our amazement, we were supposed to be pool side and we ended up being nude beach, ocean front. This was an unexpected change. I enjoyed the ocean front, but missed any action pool side!

FOOD: The food was good, the drinks were better. The buffet was typical buffet food, but they had a variety of food on the buffet. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful. We ate there 3 times in one week, the cooks were entertaining and the food was delicious. The Italian restaurant was good but slow. Make sure to make reservations right away! if you snooze you lose on reservations. Did I mention the drinks were splendid!! There is rum, rum and more rum, and some red stripe.

ENTERTAINMENT: The entertainment was wonderful. The theme nights were outrageous. Bare as you Dare, Philip took that to an all new extreme!! We love you Philip! 70's night, Annette and Eddie you two looked marvelous! Jack you also looked great! Toga night, I will admit, I have no idea how to tie a toga, could you tell on Jim's toga!! Hugh you and Jim looked great as the worst dressed togas! David and Brendalee, you two looked stunning with the leaves around your head. Russell and Leanne the king and queen of Hedo III! You two looked like royalty! The Cavedwellers ruled in all of the competitions that the staff arranged. Whether it was on the nude side or the prude side, the cavedwellers ruled, (Right, Stallion).

I would suggest getting involved in these activities, they may seem silly, but are a blast to watch and participate in!! JUST DO IT! GET INVOLVED

Pool activities: This was the center of all activities during the day. Body shots, pool Olympics, extra curricular activities in the cave. (Ron), the swing, under water activities and so many other activities. THE NUDE SIDE ROCKS! THIS IS WHERE THE ACTION TAKES PLACE! During one of our dinners at the Japanese place, a couple from the Prude side were sitting with us and asked us how we liked the nude side. We told them that people don't judge you, they like you for who you are, they also accept anyone no matter of size, shape, race, or sex. They made the comment, "We notice that they are always sitting together at meals and having a good time." We told them that we are very social group and to join us if they felt comfortable.

We also took part in the scuba course that the resort offers. I would recommend this to anyone. It was great! I dove the last 3 days of our trip.

THE ENTERTAINMENT STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, ROMEO, TEDDY BEAR, FANTASY AND ALL OF THE REST OF THE STAFF, THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB!

I would also highly suggest getting involved in the body painting! Romeo is a great painter.

BEADS/TATOO'S/LIGHTS: What a wonderful Idea! Eddie and Annette you guys went all out, thank you. It was very easy to recognize the cavedwellers with tattoos all over their bodies! The beads were also a great idea!

Rick and Gina, the lights were cool, how many of the staff members did you have eating out of your hand to get the lights? That was a great ice breaker to get to know people! You two are great!

THE PEOPLE:

To all the cavedwellers and non cave dwellers you made the week a very special week. I had a blast in the pool getting to know you and Jim had a blast laying in the lounge chair drinking his drinks and watching the activities. Annette and Eddie, you two are special, you have great personalities! The gift exchange was a great idea. Thank you for putting in so much time and effort. That was a great ice breaker! Thanks for getting us involved with the cavedwellers. It was a great time and all thanks to your invite. Dave and Lyn, Congrats on getting Married. Dave you made Jim's lap dance a night to remember. You two are wild and crazy. Enjoy that Harley!

To all of the other cavedwellers and non cavedwellers, you made the trip a great experience!!

The only other thing I want to add. You make your trip to Hedo what you want it to be, it can be a relaxing time, a sleepless time, a drunken time, a sobering time and a wet/wicked and wild time. You have to experience this for your self. Remember, one thing and that is to HAVE FUN!!
