Hugh & Judy - 06/01

Hugh & Judy 6/9 - 6/16

Plane Plane ride is the same... If you can book an early flight there and a late flight out (We left at 6am going and 4:30 returning) It gives you the maximum time at the resort. We took Jamaica Air and it's always late coming or going "Soon come mon"

Bus ride Uneventful going to the resort. Yes, we stop for red stripes. yes the bus driver offered to score drugs for us..."Any kind mon" Almost 2 hrs to get there, but finally made it.

The resort Of course our room wasn't clean yet and they were "sold out" so we waited 2 hrs for a room (we had partied Friday night and never went to sleep, so we really needed to see a shower and a bed for at least a few mins). Everything is as said in previous reports...quad pool is now clothing optional. Some people we're topless others had their swimsuits on, while some even braved to go nude. Resort overall is clean, seems they are still working on the landscaping (not as nice as Hedo2's) Food is good, but still a buffet. Japanese's is great! Pastafari is very good, but also very rich. Book dinner as soon as you arrive at the resort, or you'll never see either one. One hint. Ask for Bevon (the wedding director) to hook you up with dinner on the gazebo, over looking the ocean, just the two of you. It makes for a very special evening.

OK ... now the good stuff Nude pool is "nude" in fact some bartenders won't even serve you drinks if you don't take your clothes off. Lots of sexual playing going on and some sex (Yes, even during the day, but very discrete in corners or the cave)...no orgies or anything of the sort (at least during the day, that is), but lots of touchy feely things going on in the pool. Body shots on the bar, in the pool, on the deck, etc., all of them just a reason to lick a certain part of someone's body. (Gee, we hated doing that!!) Waterfall over the cave did not work, but still the cave seemed very busy. Sex police? Yes, they were there, but seem to leave everyone alone. We never saw them stop anyone. Hot tub at the nude pool..cleaned and drained only once while we were there (that we saw), but very active just the same...always very busy at night. Most of us left and went to the Quad hot tub, which seemed to be in much better shape all week. Food at the nude pool is basic, hamburgers hot-dogs, nachos and so on, all very good. Bartenders during the day are wonderful (raves for Suzette & Ann Marie) They even set us up for body shots on the swim up bar!

Now the reason for this much fun! By all means take the time to meet couples online before you go. We hit Denny's site and some Yahoo sites and found a great group to hang out with. A large group will change the entire week's potential for FUN. People in a group seem to want to outdo each other and yes, it sometimes gets a little over the top, but so what! You're on vacation ... have fun, get naked! We met online before we arrived a group that called themselves Cave Dwellers and we are sure that this is the reason we had so much fun. Cave Dwellers is not a lifestyles group (we are lifestylers), but is a very open-minded and fun group. Just to hit a few highlights not mentioned before... Nude runs to the slide at 4 in the afternoon (30 to 40 people) ... pole dancing on the bar in the disco, naked....dancing in the cage in the disco, naked ... dancing on the piano in the piano bar, naked ... dancing on the main stage, naked ... and so on ... for a very wild week. We even had trouble keeping up with the little bit of clothes we did carry. Participate in everything.... We gathered over 3 million Hedo bucks and had the most fun just earning them, forget about the prizes (prizes are cheap booze what do you need any more of that for)?

The Cave Dwellers Philip & Jane, wonderful couple who made every day a Hedo 3 an event. Phillips antics kept us in stitches all week, how he has that much energy is beyond us and never dare him to do anything. ( Jane, you must be a very lucky women!! ) Eddie & Annette, meeting you at the Superclubs desk at the airport was like meeting old friends. Thank you for all the tempory tattoos! I hope you patented the instructions for installing tattoos. For a couple who is "new" to all this, you seemed as if you were twenty year vets. (Eddie, how many people were watching when you blew the sheep up?) Russell & DeAnn, king and queen of Hedo 3. We are looking for Texas to change their state seal to the long horn version we saw at Hedo. Thank you for allowing us to join in on the wedding vow ceremony. It touched us both in more ways than you know. Patti & Jim, Patti's "snorkeling" techniques are now legendary, Jim you were very tuff competion in the ugliest toga competition, we now know why Patti doesn't let you out at night alone anymore!! Todd & Meg, Again Todd, at the office your buds will be bragging about what happened last week, and you'll have to say" Oh, that sounds like a blast! and inside you'll be exploding! Meg, the only lady we know who spent a week in Jamaica and still does not have a tan!! You two were way too much fun. Rick & Gina, You both have a very "glowing" personality (thank you for the accessories) We are just sad that you arrived later in the week, we found a bond that we hope will continue. Rick, thank you for guiding Judy through her novice diving experience...looking forward to seeing the diving pics. Dave & Brenda Lee, Canada will now hold very fond memories for us, even though we've never been there! Jordan & Christina the newlyweds You are starting out your marriage with a very special bond, even though at this time you may not be aware of this for some years to come. Jack & Mo, We just seem to start getting to know you and then we had to leave, we will always remember you because of our shared vows. Bill & Lorraine, our best friends, we haven't enough space to write what we feel about you here. Quotes of the week... " We're going to Jamaica ... Meow" & "I'm real busy!!" Dave & Lyn, who we met our last couple of days in Hedo....glad to hear you carried on our "Cave Dweller" tradition.

Lots of others that we are sure we left out ... please we promise to get to know everyone better next year.

Worst part of the trip Bus trip to the airport: This was the trip from hell...The driver was not wasting anytime in getting us to the airport and half way back we sideswiped an oncoming truck!!! Fortunately no one was injured seriously, lots of broken glass and small cuts. More edgy nerves than anything. If you don't know, these buses are provided by a tour company, and really don't have anything to with Hedo, so we are left to provide for ourselves. We recommend taking a taxi and (1/2 the tip now & 1/2 when we arrive "safe") rewarding the driver with a tip for driving safer trip to the resort.

Cave Dwellers forever,

Hugh & Judy
