May13-20 trip report

First of let me start off by saying sorry to all the trip reports in the first week of May, but if you would have checked the superclubs site, you would have known the Male Strip Off was going on during this week. Concerning the rain, just sit in the hot tub with a stiff drink and enjoy it. We were first timers and we had the time of our lives. The flight over from Cali was uneventful. We really enjoyed the heart-pounding taxi ride to Hedo3, our driver gave us a lot of Jamaican history as well as world history. When we went too check-in right in the middle of the paperwork the frontdesk lady said she was hungry, and that we needed to go to breakfast, we did, and then checked in. When taken to our room, the bellman hung around for sometime, he let me know he wanted my Nike bag, I told him he could not have it and he left. I'm sorry to say I did see alot of tipping going on, and I truly believe this hurt the quality of service. I know this is a 3rd world country, but they are paid a salary and we must recognize this. Our stay was truly very fortunate, we met some very cool couples. I have to say that PJ night and Toga night are the most eventful. The Piano Bar is a must. Just a reminder be yourself and don't be too aggresive, things will come. Have a great trip. Dan and Cher.
