After dreaming about going
down south for about 5 years, we finally booked a trip with SuperClubs and
took the SuperSurprise Plus package eliminating Montego Bay. Each single resort seemed like a blast and we couldn’t wait
to fly into Jamaica! Soon after
we booked the SuperSurprise Plus, we became curious about Hedo II and III and
started searching the web. It
wasn’t long before we found Denny’s site and within a day or so we were
hoping to get Hedo II or III on our surprise!
Denny was nice enough to let us post our dates for all the resorts
(since we didn’t know where we were going), and from that people started
contacting us and inviting us to a couple of online groups.
We really got caught up with a group called the Hedo III trouble tribe
and our prayers were answered, we got Hedo III!
Saturday
–1st day
We left Nova Scotia late due
to a snowstorm and then had to do a small stop over in New York for fuel, but
we landed in Jamaica at 3:30 in the afternoon.
The warm air hitting our faces as we walked off the plane was welcomed!
I couldn’t believe I was finally in Jamaica!
After finding the Superclubs agent at the airport, we shortly left the
airport with 6 other people, 6 of us going to Hedo III, and 2 going to Braco.
(Just a word of advice here, tip the driver!)
These guys work hard, and if they get you there in one piece, it’s
worth a tip!) It was our first time driving on the “wrong” side of the
road. The roads were narrow with
lots of curves and lots of potholes, as well as many cows, goats and locals on
the side of the road, so it was quite the experience. I was really scared for the first 20 minutes of the drive,
and I wasn’t feeling too well due to motion sickness. I was really happy when the driver stopped for a break and
Craig ordered his first Red Stripe. He
loved it! A quick 10-minute stop
and we were off again on the way to Hedo III.
We finally arrived at 5:30. The
minute we stepped off the bus, we bumped into Philip, our Trouble Tribe
leader! What luck!
We were happy to see a familiar face, and we checked in without any
problems. We got room 626.
I asked the girl at the desk whether that was on the nude or prude
side, she said nude. I was
shocked! Well, off to our room.
I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful the place was.
Beautiful gardens with lots of flowers in bloom VERY well kept! Our room was beautiful with a king-size bed and a large
bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. One
of the first things I did was run to the window to see the view of the ocean,
and to my surprise, I saw the nude pool and beach with NUDE people everywhere!
I gasped! It was the
strangest thing. We had never
done the nude thing before, and never even considered it until we booked this
trip. After reading a few trip
reports, though, one thing I promised myself would be to at least try it our
first day and if we didn’t like it, then go on the other side.
I thought I wouldn’t have a hard time, and once I got there, I
thought what the heck am I doing here, what was I thinking!
Craig just laughed at me. Thankfully,
we got at Hedo III late enough that we didn’t have to worry about it until
the next day anyway! So we
joined Philip and Jane and Mike and Betsi for our first meal and I ordered my
first Dirty Banana. Yum!
It was to die for. (Thanks
Denny for putting the recipe on your site.
Made one last night and it was just as good. Only problem is that I wasn’t in Jamaica to savor it!)
We tried the hot tub our first night around 1am in the morning, and
it was a piece of cake considering we were the only ones there!
Then another couple came by and we left shortly after.
No big deal at all, and besides, it was dark!
Sunday
– 2nd day
Our first whole day at Hedo! So
far, we loved everything about the resort, but this was the big day and we had
to try the nude thing in broad daylight! We stretched breakfast as long as we could then we went off
to the nude side. We met Philip
again and although Craig just had a towel wrapped around him, I was fully
dressed, and I was so thankful I wasn’t forced to take off my clothes
immediately. We walked on the
deck and picked the most private chairs available and stripped.
Nobody died, I was still breathing, and nobody noticed except for us.
We stayed there for a bit and then ventured to the beach to cool off.
We took advantage of some rafts our friends had brought and just
floated around the beach. It wasn’t
long until we started hearing some cheers and laughing coming from the
poolside, and I was dying to go see what was going on.
Craig was kinda shy about it and I said it would be OK because we’ll
just stay in the back. We walked
in on the last body shot, then out of the blue, the coordinator said one more
game, and picked Craig and I out of the crowd to come up front along with 4
other couples. There we were,
naked, for our first time, our first hour, in front of everyone, wondering
what on earth was going to happen next! He
asked each couple how long they were married and Craig and I, the youngest
couple there, ended up being married the longest!
How on earth was that possible?! So
he blind folded Craig and asked me to move to the other side of the pool.
Then, with the help of the coordinator, Craig had to chose me from the
remaining 4 couples by slapping their butts (Which I wasn’t in!)
Well, poor Craig picked a guy and I never laughed so hard in my life. I wish I had seen the look on his face when they took that
blind fold off! After seeing
Craig’s embarrassment, nothing seemed bad and I was totally comfortable with
the naked thing within a few hours. In
a way, I’m thankful that that happened because it speeded up the process for
me!
That night, we went to diner with the trouble tribe at Pastafari
and we all got to know each other pretty well.
The food was excellent although the service was a little slow, but it
was well worth it! We then rushed
over to the main terrace just in time for the battle of the sexes.
It was a blast!
Overall
Remarks
Going to Hedo III was the
most exciting thing we ever did in our lives!
I loved every second I was there and I WILL be going again next year.
Everything was fun, and it was a combination between the people, the
activities, no rules, no clothes, whatever.
It was a totally stress free place to let go and have fun and have lots
and lots of drinks and meet lots of people.
The room was great, the staff was amazing, my only regret is that I
didn’t get to know the staff very well by name and I feel really bad about
that, because they took the time to learn our names!
Next year, I’ll make it a point to do that.
The food was great. I
loved everything I ate and I miss their jerk sauce like crazy.
We bought a few jerk spices and sauces in the gift shop the day before
we left but its not as good as it was there, that’s for sure!
If anybody knows where I can get some good jerk sauce, send me a note,
our bottle is almost empty already! The
grounds were beautiful and very well kept, and all the staff was friendly and
upbeat and went out of their way to please us.
The weather was great most days, and luckily, we didn’t get one full
day of rain, so we always found something to do while it rained.
We barely slept at all! We
stayed in the hot tub till about 4am every night, took a quick trip to the
sauna, and off to bed for 5 hours or so.
We got up around 9:30 everyday, and started again.
Lack of sleep and too many drinks caught up to us by Friday, but the
worse was when we got home! We
brought our large thermal mugs everywhere we went and they came in very handy.
I highly recommend Hedo III, or superclubs in general if Hedo III isn’t
your thing. Absolutely everything
was included and we didn’t owe a penny when we checked out.
But really, I think there is something for everyone here.
Our group stood out as some of the most active of the guests, and we
helped the coordinators do their job by helping them entertain the rest who
didn’t want to participate. We
just chose to participate. You DO
have to be open minded, since most activities have a HINT of sexual
implications in them. We didn’t
see any open sex during the day at all. We
did see it once or twice at night, and even had a bit of our own action.
Hope we didn’t offend anybody!
Coming home has been a
different story. It took me two
weeks to be able to fully concentrate at work.
We’re having major withdrawal symptoms and we really miss our new
friends and the Hedo life. We can’t
wait to go back, and hopefully some of you will join us next February!
Our
friends
What can I say?
We had the time of our lives, and the people that we met at Hedo made
it that good! Of course, if you
are willing to participate in the activities, you will automatically meet lots
of people, plus sitting in the hot tub, plus the people we had met online
before our trip, and so on. Let’s
just say we met more people that we can remember the names, and thanks to all
of you for such a wonderful time!
First, I have to mention the
trouble tribe. Thanks to Philip
and Jane for organizing the group.
You guys were lots of fun and always made us feel so special.
Philip, I’ll try to make it a point to invite you to our room at
least once a year! Jane, it’s a
good thing you guys left before us because Craig wanted to bring you home with
us! It must be a Gemini thing!
Randy and Jean. Randy,
anytime you need your butt scrubbed, give me a call, and Jean, sorry we lost
your dirty dice. We owe you big
and next year we’ll have to pay you back by supplying the game and the
leadership for everyone’s entertainment!
Julie and Rich. Julie,
Craig wanted to thank you for the nice butt squeeze, and Rich, why don’t you
come dance with me next time? Mike
and Betsi. Mike, your role as
Hedo III cookie monster was one of the most memorable and thanks for your help
during the Miss Nude Pageant. Betsi,
I know you have it in you. Just
keep showing up at the hot tub, something will eventually happen!
And don’t you dare deprive Mike of cookies! Jack and Sherri.
Jack, don’t worry, you are still number two man on our list, and I’ve
never seen someone look so good in panty hose!
Sherri, nice pants, what was that brand name again? Bill and Joanne.
Bill, I hope I helped you fulfill some of your fantasy’s by inviting
you on stage during the wet T-shirt contest, and Joanne, we took our time
fixing your shirt because we couldn’t get enough of you without your shirt
on! Shawn & Ivona.
Shawn, forget about the blanks, you can do it!
Ivona, what’s with those tan lines anyway?
At least you found us, that’s the main thing!
Mike and Annette. Mike,
don’t you think you went a little far with Annette on Thursday night
considering you were only married for less than two days?
Annette, I never did find out what Annette’s special was, but I’m
sure it will be remembered when we get there next year!
To EVERYONE in the trouble tribe, thank you!
Can’t wait to see you all during our second annual trouble tribe
reunion next February!
We also met Norma and Ted.
Norma, the hottest women on the nude side, my advice to you next time
is to stop drinking 2 hours earlier, that should help your swim test
performance for that scuba dive! Ted, next time you get asked to touch my breast, don’t be
so shy, nobody else was! Mike
and Renee. Hope you guys aren’t
having too many coral nightmares. Hope
your feet are recovering and that you will try sailing again. Stay away from those islands next time! Ed and Lisa. Our
digital camera instructors and neighbors!
Hopefully by know you have that digital thing mastered and that if we
see you again, you’ll teach us a few new tricks! Dan and Pam. Had
a blast getting to know you. Thanks
to Jamaican Delight, got to know you both pretty fast! Hope all your fantasy’s come true, and Dan, thanks for the
snorkeling offer. I’m pretty
happy I wasn’t there to witness the barracuda, because I’m afraid I may
have swallowed a bit of water! Candy.
Candy, thanks for being a great Miss Nude leader and starting the truth
or dare game on Wednesday night, our first night of action!
Penny. Enjoyed your
help during the wet T-shirt contest, great knowing ya!
Clark and Rita. Our
real neighbors! Are you sure you
didn’t know about that nude thing? Thanks
for the show at the piano bar, done like true Nova Scotian’s at the lower
deck every Saturday night!
We missed quite a few people
because we can’t remember their names.
We miss all those familiar faces and we would love to see you again.
If any of you guys ever read this report, send us an email!
(If you can’t picture our faces with the names, I’m the one who
wore the hat with a big smile, and Craig was the guy who picked a man’s butt
for mine.)
Theme
Nights
We dressed up for every theme
night except Masquerade night, which was our last night, but only within the
means of what we had brought, which wasn’t very much. Saturday was Caribbean or sexy wear and I just wore a short
sundress. Craig found it hard to dress for some of these, but I participated
in everyone. Sunday was short and
tees. Easy enough!
Monday was 70’s night. Tuesday
was PJ night, and I wore a short teddy and Craig wore his pajamas.
He was hoping to win the most virginal outfit for the men’s category,
but they only did that one for the women.
Wednesday was bare as you dare, and I just wore my triangle bikini top
with a wrap around my hips (no undies!).
Thursday was toga night, and boy did we have problems with that!
We were ready to give up until we thought of calling Jane and Philip
and thankfully, they were in their room, so they came out to help us and
dressed us up in our togas in no time flat!
Friday was masquerade night. We
didn’t go to the disco, so I’m not sure what most people wore for that.
Although theme nights were
fun, Caribbean night, 70’s night, short and tees and toga night were the
only nights that you could really go eat supper with your theme outfits on,
which made them lots of fun and took the guesswork out of when you should get
changed! Toga night was the
best-organized theme event that wasn’t in the disco.
Its too bad they weren’t all like that.
For PJ night, bare as you dare and masquerade night, you pretty much
had to wait ‘till the disco opened at 11:30pm to show up with your outfits,
which made it kind off a pain unless you love to dance (Craig hates to dance).
I just put on my outfit before we took off for the piano bar, but not
many people did that.
Piano
Bar
We discovered the piano bar
the first night we got there and returned every night except for one.
I sung my heart out and absolutely fell in love with Glen, the piano
player. He was amazing, and made
everyone feel so comfortable. He even stayed late one night to learn House of the Rising
Sun with me, a song I love to sing, and he played it every night we were
there. Out of all the staff there
that made our stay wonderful (and there was a lot of them!), Glen wins our
prize!
Activities
& Hedo Bucks
We were so busy taking part
of all the activities that we didn’t go on any other trips outside the
resort, and we didn’t do any snorkeling, sailing, or much of anything that
we had planned on doing. We did
manage to go kayaking for 20 minutes of so, but that’s about it.
We were too busy having fun!
We took part in LOTS of
organized events. The
coordinator's work so hard to keep people involved and interested, there is
something for everyone! Being
part of the trouble tribe, we were involved in a lot of things together, which
made it lots of fun! Off the top
of my head, we participated in the talent show, miss nude beach contest, Mr.
Wet shorts contest, wet T-shirt contest, battle of the sexes, naughty beach
games, truth of dare, and lots more! For
most of the activities that you take part of, they give you Hedo bucks (50,000
hedo bucks per sheet). We had
enough to buy a T-shirt (1 million bucks) and a bottle of rum (not sure how
much the rum was, she just give it to us).
Hot
Tub
We were curious about what
goes on in the hot tub late at night and we spent most of our evenings sitting
in the hot tub drinking and getting to know people. The temperature wasn’t consistent and was either too cool,
too hot or perfect. It didn’t
ruin our fun though! Our first 4
nights, we didn’t witness anything at all in the hot tub.
Wednesday night, there were quite a few single men in the hot tub
(first and only time that we noticed that the week we were there) and we
started a game of truth or dare. We had fun, but after a while, one guy made
it uncomfortable for us and we left. Thursday
and Friday were hot, and well worth the wait.
A quick game of pass it on started things rolling and made it an
interesting night.
DIF
- Dreaded Island Fever
We had a great time and can’t wait to go back! We are still having major withdrawal symptoms, but nothing a second trip won’t cure! Doing the nude thing really affected how I view things now. I don’t seem to be so concerned about what I wear as much and it took a certain shyness away that I’m grateful for. It does make real life seem dull when you get back, but I guess that’s to be expected and will (hopefully) eventually wear off. I didn’t write about the people that we met on our trip but I would love to hear from all of you, so if you do read this report, send us a note at ccwhittaker@ns.sympatico.ca! See you all next year on the nude side!
