<< Having just returned from Hedo III (less than a week ago), I wanted to report about our second visit to this wonderful resort.

The original core of 12 of us from last September returned to Hedo this year during approximately the same week, along with about 20 other people we had corresponded with but had never met. What a week! I cant remember when we've had as much fun!

The resort itself has matured in the last year, with the foliage filling in nicely and providing more privacy, especialy by the "6" block building, which overlooks the nude pool area. There is lots of nice sineage, so that people are well aware that they are entering nude areas and that there is no photography allowed. We appreciated that notification. Now all they have to do is stop clothed people from wandering through.

The food has not changed much, which is not necessarily a plus. There is plenty of it, but dinners in the main dining room are of average taste and variety. The Japanese restaurant, which was not open last year, serves one menu, no variation, and no sushi, which was a little disappointing. But they get an "A" for effort. The Italian restaurant, which in our opinion has the best food, was impossible to get reservations for. It seems that people, upon check-in, must make reservations for the whole wekk and then not show up, which screws up the schedule for the rest of us who really would LIKE to eat there.

The staff is its usual warm, caring, fun self, and we enjoyed the frendliness of not only the netertainment staff, but the office staff as well. They were accommodating and always availabel when needed. Even the medical staff (which unfortunately one of our group needed) was efficient and the doctor came to the resort with professionalsm and courtesy and offered the patient the choice of going to the hospital or waiting til she got home for an x-ray.

The weather cooperated, and we only had one day of grey, which never even stopped us. We find that the people who go to Hedo III and stay on the nude side are a whole different breed of people - friendly, no pretenses, fun-loving, talkative, all the things that make for a fabulous vacation far away from all the everyday stresses...

We're already planning our next year's "reunion" - cant wait!
