Well we did Hedo III from Jan 10 to the 14th. Not very long, but wanted to experiment before jumping in too much.
Bus ride: No big deal. I guess it kinda is if you are doing it at night (some friends did and they were scared poopless). We actually enjoyed it got to see the country side a little. From the time we walked out of customs and were on the bus and riding in less than 5 minutes. VERY impressive.
Check in: Stretch (She is wonderful and talented with her legs behind her head) greeted us at the door, handled the paperwork for us and got us on our way. Very smoothly too.
Resort: Wonderful, colorful, not as big as the map made it out to be. NO PROBLEM MON walking from one end to the other.
We spent all our time on the nude side. Most hang out around the pool/hottub. The piers are a great place to suntan, and there is a nice cool breeze. The swim area. Is well not so great. The bar is cool and Courtney HE is the best, (tell him hi from Minnesota from us)
Friends: We were lucky enough to meet people online via this board. Made making new friends very easy. We usually had a table put together for 12 to 14 people for dinner and was great fun.
The place IS NOT HEDO II. The activity level is much less. We have not been to II, but feel like we have, after all we have read and all the discussions we had comparing the two. But it will develop its own personality. Some morons, spent the whole trip trying to make toasts to Hedo II or coach people on "how to do it Hedo II way". They were not well like by the guests or the staff.
The nude hottub night time activities went very late, usually until 5:00 am, when the bar finally closes. The HOT action usually didn't start until 3:00 to 4:00 in the morning. But if hanging out with cool couples, nude and bsing is to your liking it is great. Our only BIG complaint is the water temp at the nude hottub. They can't or "will not" put it at 102 and leave it. Most days around 4:00 pm the temp was 96 to 99, at midnight the water temp would be 106 to 108 way to hot to just hang out. The guys acted like they just can not get it figured out. Many of the guest thought it was to get people to go. But, that makes no sense. If this continues. Be sure to put it on your comment cards when you leave the resort.
Singles: We meet two pairs of single females (a.k.a. four total) Not very many. One of the single guys we meet and got to know pretty well had a great time in the sex department, but I do think he was the exception.
Food: Good, nothing wonderful, but always fresh.
All and all: We had a great time, we will be back. Most likely in early Jan again. Not a real hoping time. I do think it will be filling up much more in the next few weeks. I estimate it was about 50% full. Get the hottub temp set right and maybe a few more crazy couple and life will be good.
