The trip went really well. I must say, the front desk staff was friendly to us, we got our room within 1/2 hour. Mainly, I think due to the emptiness of the resort. The occupancy was only 25-35 % the week we were there. Food: Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. I have to say I enjoyed it at Breezes much more. There wasn't much of a variety. Lunch was ok as well at the main buffet. I mostly ate my lunches from the grill at the nude pool or at the scotch Bonnet, the jamaican restaurant, which was very good. Dinner was good, there was a variety of food and it was very well prepared.

The grounds: Beautiful. The landscaping was superb and well manicured. The only problem I saw was all the stair climbing. You had to go upstairs for the disco and the piano bar, which is not real safe when you have been drinking heavily.

The Entertainment staff: The best I have ever seen. The shows were incredible. Triston and Angel were my favorite, they could not have been nicer or more talented. I was very impressed. They did their best to get the crowd involved in activities. They treated you like family.

The Bartenders: Very friendly and accommodating. Always ready to help out any way they could.

The Rest of the Staff: Always friendly. I never had a problem with anyone. Simone Sutherland, the Guest Relations Manager is a real sweetheart and is absolutely wonderful at her job. She couldn't have been nicer.

I was very happy overall with my trip. There were some things that need work, and again due to the lack of people there it could have been more exciting, but I think honestly, due to the newness of the resort mixed with the Y2K scare and all the travel advisories for Americans, it will all change with time.

I would recommend this resort to all, it can be as wild as you make it, or you can just sit back and relax. I did a little of both. I plan to go back in about 4-6 months with hope things will have picked up and make a better assessment.
