My wife and I went to Desire in Cancun for the first time in
early June. What a BLAST!! It was an easy 20 minute trip from
the airport to the resort. We were greeted with a glass of
champagne and a friendly smile. A perfect way to start off a
vacation.
Every worker at the resort was fantastic! Except for our trips
to Hedo III, I can not remember a resort where we have been
treated this nicely.
Rooms are nice and "cozy". Not big, but you shouldn't be
spending a lot of time in your room anyway.
The theme nights are a lot of fun! Every night is a different
theme night, but the bottom line is it is sexy. Everyone goes to
the nightclub to dance and usually ends up at the Jacuzzi. A
whole different show is happening at the Jacuzzi. It's not for
the faint of heart, but it's a LOT of fun and you meet some
really interesting people. One person was wearing a shirt that
explains it all - "Relax, it's just sex".
The pizza they serve at midnight at the lobby bar is delicious.
I'm not sure if it's because we were drinking a lot, or in the
Jacuzzi too long . Either way, you gotta try it.
Sylvia, the drink server at the pool, is the best. Always knows
your drink and serves you with a smile. Diana, the pool activity
coordinator, gets everyone involved in the daily pool games. It
helps that she may be the sexiest person alive!!
Overall, it was a sensual, memorable, fun-filled, late-nights,
too-much-to-drink, too-much-to-see, too-much-to-do, arrousing
week. We made some new friends from different parts of the
world. Next time we stay 10 days.
