This was our 9th trip to Desire. Our stay was in
mid Feb. 2/19 - 2/26. There were some delays upon our arrival at Cancun
airport, that can be expected when traveling on a Sat. Check in at Desire is
a breeze. There is a change with the way Daniel assigns the pool chairs.
It's simple be there or lose it. If you reserve a chair then go to town for
a massage and return 4 hours later don't complain. Yes the beach is
shrinking, that's mother natures fault not Desire's. Diana and Lasaro always
make us feel welcome. The entire enertainment staff goes the extra mile to
make your stay one to remember. Theme nites, naughty school girl is a blast!
We think eyes wide shut has run it's course and participation is way down.
Maybe time for a new Wed theme. You will love the new disco.Yes the music is
loud in the disco, give me a break it's a disco! Hot tub, the yakuzi as the
staff calls it. Food service and restaurants, are very clean the service
out standing and the food is as good as any we have had in our travels.
Never have used the room service. Can't really comment on the drinks as we
are beer drinkers. The beer is cold and thats what counts. You might say
were biassed in favor of the resort, yes we are. Why not the service,
food,rooms, and the ground are always excellent. Our thanks to Mr good for
allowing us to vacation at Desire.
