Photo & Video camera use
As per request of many of our guests we have implemented the following Policy regarding Camera and Video Use at Desire Resort & Spa.
To respect, protect and ensure the privacy all Desire Resort guests, the following policy will be enforced:
The use of video cameras is PROHIBITED anywhere on Resort property. NO VIDEO RECORDINGS can be taken at any time.
The use of STILL CAMERAS (including picture phones) is PROHIBITED in the Pool area, on the beach in front of the pool, in the Jacuzzi lounge, Disco and Playroom.
Still camera photography is ONLY permitted in the the area in front of the Lobby Pool, in the restaurants and on the beach that does not front the pool. If other guests are in these areas, their explicit permission must be granted before any photos are taken.
Guests bringing, or using, a camera in any "NO CAMERA AREA" will have the camera confiscated and held until their departure. All images will be removed.
