Hi All!!!

Just got back from the vacation of a lifetime. First I must thank Denny for brining together lots of couples that probably would not have met. We met lots of wonderful people over this web site and it was so much fun to actually try pick them out of a crowd. I wanted to do this report in a day by day setting, but after my first night, it kind of gets blurry. After a few Jamaican Delights you will know what I mean.

When we first made the decision to go to Hedo we of course booked a prude room. Never thought that I would ever be on the NUDE side!! Well, after checking out info on the web site and reading Chris’s book, I thought it could not be that bad, so what the hell. When we got to Hedo we upgraded to the nude side. Which was the best thing we could have done. It would have been a very long walk to my room on the prude side after laying in the pool all day on the nude side. We ran into Larry and Tracy which we had talked to in emails before we hit the pool, which was great. Made it so much easier to take your clothes off with someone that already had theirs off. So after 1 minute of the initial shock, it was the best feeling in the world. Shortly after that, most of the people we had been talking to on the internet showed up (Mike and Ellen, Jerry and Terri, Ron and Murlyn, Gary and Carol) and after awhile we really did not pay any attention to the fact we were all naked. I only felt naked when the prude people were walking thru there gawking at us.

The weather was great the entire week!! Sunny days, warm breezes, cool water. It was wonderful. Which made it great for staff activities. I did do the body painting one day and won Hedo bucks for that. There were lots of activities you could participate in if you wanted to, or you could lay by the pool or beach and be a spectator only. We did do parasailing, snorkeling(don’t gulp the salt water you WILL get sick, I guess the alcohol contributes to that one also) and the nude catamaran cruise to the Pickled Parrot. They were video taping us on that one, so we all bought a tape to take home. So instead of vacation slides we will be showing our nude cruise to the family. Just kidding on that one. We are still trying to find out who that couple was that got stuck on the nude beach inside to booies on the sail boat? (Was that you Gary and Carol??) The staff was wonderful at trying to get everyone involved in the activities and never pressured you into anything you did not want to do. And then there is Delroy!!! He is the best bartender on the whole island. Very nice and made the drinks perfectly. Some of the other ones make them way too strong!! But after a few, they all taste the same, right?? Oh and a word of caution. When you have been drinking all day and you are making your way back and forth from the hot tub to the bar and walk thru the wader pool, watch out for the chairs. They really hurt your shins when you walk into them!!!!

We enjoyed the food. No complaints here. Lots of different things to try. But breakfast is only served until 10:30 and getting up late we almost missed it a couple of days. The grill at the nude pool is GREAT!! 6:00 pm we had to have Jerk Chicken almost every night. Dinner in the dinning room was not until 8 pm, so this made a great snack. The buffet was good. There was always someone to fill up your drink and clean your table as soon as you were done. The rooms were very nice and the showers were not that bad. Sometimes the water temperature would change, but not as bad as some people were commenting on. We had a new air conditioner in our room and it was COLD!!

Toga night was fun. Trying to tie that thing when it is only a twin sheet and your husband needs more sheet is a challenge. But we did it and it was great to see how some people got there’s on. (Tracy and Sandy-yours were great!!!) Pj night was ok. Got all dressed up and the disco was so crowded and hot. Did not stay too long there. Went right back to the pool. We did crash the prude pool one night (NEWD VOLLEYBALL!!!!) and the disco in our towels. There were not alot of people there that week, which was great for us. We did not even use our rafts, and our drink mugs only one night. They make your drinks really strong in your own mug!!!

Spent most of our afternoons in the pool and was entertained by the "Drunk Guy" that wrestled with his shorts after drinking straight rum all day. He did put on a show and the whole pool had bets going on how long it would take for him to pass out. Which Tracy won!!! The nights were spent in the hot tub and pool. There was always something going on in the hot tub after dark. From a one person show(Stroker-who could never really decide which couple he wanted to sit next to) to three or more people together going at it. You will see many different types of people there doing there own thing. Everyone was really nice. And for you women that are afraid of being hit on all day, a simple no thank you was all we needed and the guys left us alone. Security was there and they did keep an eye on the action, but ignored most of it. I was thankful for security on our last night. There were 3 guys that bought a night pass and were trying to pick us women up(right in front of the guys) and security told them to leave if they did not have a room on the nude side. They were drunk and mad, but we all felt better.

Can not wait until next year, Mon.
