I Wanna Go Back!
Well, we're back from another great (but way too short) time at Hedonism
II-September 10-20. It started off pretty crappy with rain during our
arrival, but it got better very quickly. After taking a flight with Air
Negril, we got to the resort around 2pm on Friday. And guess what? The room
we requested was already available!! We rushed down, unpacked, and hurried
to the pool...naked!
The whole trip was great, except the entertainment gets old some days.
Although the comedian from New York was a sight to see. Ugh!! The weather
was beautiful, minus two rainy days from remnants of Floyd. Of course this
was an excuse to get really drunk!
We met some really great people and even a few not so great ones (but we
won't mention them). Nancy & Matthew and Erica & Joe, all from
California,
were super cool to hang with. Matthew loved the grilled cheese from the
grill. I think we ate about 50 of them! We ventured out for dinner at the
Pickled Parrot, which was pretty good, and were offered some "Jamaican
Roots
Tonic." The cab driver says, "It gives strong bowel movements. Very
good
mon." Plus Erica & I got the pleasure of meeting Hedoman in the hot tub
one
day. And we were graced with Jason's presence and his views of working at
Hedo. Some days good, some not so good. Pat & Tom from St. Louis (Ohio,
haha) were really cool too. The nipple jewelry was fabulous!
The Kentucky couples were interesting. (Nice pants! LOL) They seemed to
provide a show every day in the pool. And when Tad & Kevin hooked up with
Teri from California, we never thought they would get engaged! Congrats to
you both! Oh yeah, I can't forget the "hottest couple" either. And we
all
know who that is! LOL
The staff was wonderful as always. Shaka was a riot, and damn could she wear
a toga! Plus she really enjoyed reading my "Guide to Getting It On."
Jason
seemed to constantly try to get me into trouble...but I didn't!! We got to
sing happy birthday to Dionne, who is fabulous as always. (And she's very
welcome for participating in the damn water aerobics.) And Allison is a
cutie after only 3 weeks at Hedo. I am very curious to see her after 6
months or so. Does anyone agree she looks like Janet Jackson when she was on
Good Times? Hmm...
It was a good time for sure...but the last day's afternoon snack in my room
was great!!! Hee hee. And I'm not telling!!!!! But I'm already ready to go
back. See you in February!
