Chris & Bliss Hedonism II - 06/98

We had been planning this trip for a long time, did research thru the Internet and by talking to a lot of people. We kept wondering why people kept coming to this place year after year. Now we know why. We decided on a travel agent out of Oklahoma. We found him online. Global Discount Travel. Owner is Dan Hill, Hill918@aol.com . We found out later that we got the best deal of all we had spoken to. Thanks Dan.

Saturday 5/30 ( International Razzmatazz Night- Dress Code- Casual Elegance)

We got up at 4:30 for our 8:00 flight to Mo. Bay. The flight was wonderful. We flew Champion Air, a charter thru Adventure Tours. Arrived Mo. Bay, breezed thru customs and found the Super Clubs desk. Checked in with them and mentioned that we were flying Air Negril. They got on the radio and off we went. They took us by van to their terminal in another part of the airport. HINT # 1 - Everything is negotiable. We paid $ 60.P/P. Friends paid $ 50.P/P. Either way it is worth it!! Bliss rode in the Co-pilot seat. Our pilot was Don King ( no, not the one with the hair). We arrived at GNAT (Greater Negril Aero Terminal ), smooth flight. Taxi to Hedo, 3 minutes max. Susan at the Front Desk was Very helpful; we were in our room in less than 1 hour, and on the beach by 12:45. Our room was 2226. It was upstairs and had a view of both the nude volleyball and the nude shuffleboard. After unpacking , it was down to the beach. 1^st stop DELROYS. 10 minutes after we got on our rafts it was " Pssssst Psssssst Hey Mister want some smoke?" We went to bed early - 10:30.

Sunday 5/31 ( Flashback Night - Dress Code- 60’s attire )

Up at 8:45. Ate breakfast at the buffet, not as bad as we expected. Went to the beach, met S and M, (they don’t want their names used), GeorgeAnn, AKA "G-Spot" and Ron. Floated and drank till 1pm. Played "Nude Golf". Bliss took home the big Hedo bucks. Went to lunch, again not bad at all. Thanks to all of you and Chris Santilli’s book, we Kicked Ass in Hedo Trivia. By that afternoon we had enough Hedo bucks to buy 1 shirts. We got massages after lunch by Debbie and another girl. We love massages and get them quite often, but these seemed very rushed and not very relaxing. The masseuses talked between themselves and talked to every person that walked by the shack. We did not get another as we had planned to. Back to the beach till dinner. 60’s night, dinner at the main dinning room was nice but hot. Singer was from Kingston, she was very good. Went to Veronica’s Piano Bar, and then to the Disco. A lot of locals were there, and it was VERY hot and smoky. So off to the Hot Tub we went. Lots of Vinnies and Wallies. Didn’t stay very long. Saw and heard "CoCo Cay" out on the floating raft, with a girl that he had picked up. Of course we had to stop and watch and get all worked up.

Monday 6/1 ( Reggae Night Dress Code-Red, Green, Black, Gold )

Woke up with a bit of a hangover, got up around 10:00. Went to the beach, put our bag and mugs in the chairs, and went to breakfast. Made reservations at Pastafari’s. Bliss entered the WET T-SHIRT contest. She had 10 or 12 girls that she had to go up against. I do believe that she also was the ONLY one that was not a professional dancer. But she had a blast. I was picked by 2 girls to participate on stage. Lucky me!! We went down to the beach to bake and drink. We met Dave and Lori, who we had been talking to on the computer for a while. Also met Kim and Jennifer; all of us had spoken via e-mail, thanks to Denny P’s web page. Hint #2 Visit Denny’s Page and find out the name of some of the people that you will be going down with. We also visited several other pages: Hedo Link Page, Contrabands, Terry & Heather Web Page. Had dinner with Dave and Lori at Pastafari’s. Very nice, food was EXCELENT. It was a great place to talk and to get to know new friends. After dinner we watched the Fire Dancers ( Reggae Night) and then off to the Piano Bar. We met Brent and Sharon, Jim and Allison,Errol and Cindy and Scott and Patty. The Hot Tub was nice, not too crowded. A bunch of us got the idea to go out on the floating rafts in the water. The stars were Incredible and very relaxing. To bed around 3:30 am.

Tuesday 6/2 ( PJ Night- Dress Code- Skimpy Lingerie )

Up around 8:30, to breakfast with the group. Went on the Nude Catamaran cruise to the Pickled Parrot. We all jumped off the cliff - only 1 injury. You guessed it! Bliss hurt her butt (we found out later that she had broken her tail bone). The slide was a lot of fun and the swing was fun for some but others didn’t like it. We were lucky enough to be with the "Limbo King" Dave "AKA: Floppy Jalopy" who won the nude limbo. Got back around 12:30 or so. Lunch then a well needed nap Hint #3 Take a nap either on the beach or in the room. This will help you in the wee hours of the morning. Laid on the beach for many hours. The water was very nice, but there were a lot of jelly fish. Most of the people that we spoke to said they had been stung at least 1 time. Hint #4 On our next trip we will be taking Meat Tenderizer to help with the Jelly Fish sting. Dinner in the main dining room, then to Piano Bar. After a few drinks back to the room to get ready for PJ night. Bliss wore a red PVC outfit; I wore a thong. The party was held in the Disco. The scenery was Fantastic, but the heat and smoke were terrible. Hint #5 When you arrive at the party and they ask you your name - You have won a Prize!! Bliss won 2^nd in the most revealing outfit. The guy who won came fully dressed. When they wouldn’t let him in, he took all his clothes off. The Hot Tub was very crowded, tons of Vinnies and Wallies. To bed around 3:00 or 4:00.

Wednesday 6/3 ( Las Vegas Night - Dress Code- Diamonds & Tux ) "Not"

Up around 10. Lazy day. Breakfast at Delroy’s, to the beach to float the day away. We had heard about some shops just outside of the gates of Hedo. Hint #6 This is not meant to scare you but it is true. We went to the desk and asked about the shops, and they pointed out the gates. We stopped at the front gate to make sure we had understood the directions. The guard said that he would walk us to the end of the property. He then picked up a knife and started walking with us. We instantly had a bunch of Jamaicans yelling at us and threatening the guard. He told us to go there and to come straight back; not to go with them or to get in their taxis. We went in one shop and didn’t go further. Very bad experience. Went to dinner and made it a early night.

Thursday 6/4 ( Jamaica Day on the Beach Dress Code- Cool ‘N’ Comfy )

Toga night was changed to Friday due to Playboy’s arrival.

Up early and we both felt Great!!! Went to breakfast then to the beach. Laid on the beach with Dave (Floppy Jalopy) & Lori ( Princess), M&S and Mark & Debbie. Went snorkeling around the rocks of the nude point. Lots of lobsters and barracudas. Delroy kept the drinks flowing. We took our raft up to the bar, and Delroy filled every hole with drinks. We went up to the pool and watched the Best Chest, Butt and Largest Penis contest. After that was over we had to come up with our own games. We made up ( it was new to us at least) slide. We put a float in the cold tub and slid down the raft into the pool below. It was fun, but of course we were drunk at the time. We then went to dinner in the main dinning room. Then it happened!!!! Playboy arrived. In our opinion, things changed. People, who the night before were your best friends, now would not talk to you. We figured out later that these were Playboy wannabe’s . But the attitude of the staff also changed. The staff would walk around and find the " The Beautiful People". They were asked to be at the parties and in the audience. The rest of us were told to fill in the back of the audience. OK, OK, I will get off my negative feelings on Playboy. Went to the Hot Tub. The Vinnies ,Wallies were out in FULL force. Our group picked 1 leaf of the Hot Tub; well, the folks from Playboy picked the same one. We had Vinnies and Wallies all over us. One even knocked me over to get where I was sitting. Went to bed around 1:45

Friday 6/5 ( Toga Night- Dress Code- No Sheet No Eat, Well Sort of)

Up at 8:30, breakfast and traded in our Hedo Bucks for 2 T-shirts and a couple of Frisbees. We also picked up our video from the nude cruise. A lot of the people that we have met are leaving. More and more new faces. We received a complimentary package in our room with T-shirts and Playboys filming sites & times. Went down to the beach to float and relax. Ate lunch at the beach grill. Hedo had a 2^nd Wet T-shirt contest. This time they were all professional dancers. Very interesting show , lots of skin. We went back to the beach. Dave & Lori came over for the Tying of the Toga Party. After an hour passed we had all decided which type of toga to wear. Of course Bliss and Lori chose the "Nasty Toga". Dave and I chose the more "Traditional" Roman look. We ate dinner in the Main dinning room, with M&S, Dave & Lori, & G-Spot & Ron. We Danced and had fun. I got drug up on stage for the most Roman toga. No, I didn’t win. Went back to the Hot Tub to relax. By now Bliss’s tail bone is hurting a lot. The water of the Hot Tub feels very good to her.

We had our eviction notice posted on the door when we got back. =( Went to bed around 2:30.

Note: We did see something that I think needs to be addressed. I believe that whatever gets you off is great, except when it interferes or hurts another. BUT . There was a guy that we called " Pervy". Anytime that a girl would walk to the rest room this guy would run behind the building. After the girl would come out from the toilet, he would sneak around by the hammocks and act like he had just come out of the bathroom. This had happened all day, and we had to see what was going on. Dave followed him, and discovered that he had set up some crates so he could watch the women pee without them knowing. Dave went to Security and was told that she couldn’t do anything about the situation because he (Pervy) "was a guest." The guard will ask you to stop kissing, but someone can go spy on women peeing and nothing will be done??? I DON’T GET IT!!!

Saturday 6/6 ( Going Home Day- Dress Code- Frowns )

Up around 8:30, went up to breakfast for the last time. It felt like the last meal of a condemned couple. Our plane left around 5:00pm, so we did have time to say our good bye’s and have a few more of Delroy’s famous Land Sharks. We laid around on the beach, watched Playboy shoot some photos for their UK edition. We spoke to the Front Office and got an extension till 2:30 to be out of the room. We then moved our carry on to Dave & Lori’s room. We were told to leave our bags outside of the room. Back to the beach & the Land Shark’s. Said our good byes and showered and put on "yuck" clothes. Bliss even put on a Bra. Started up to the lobby , and there sitting outside of our room were our bags. We had called 3 hours earlier to have them picked up, which we were told "No Problem Mon". Guess it’s a good thing we walked back by the room on the way out.

Conclusion:

We had a GREAT time and have already planned to return next year. One thing that we talked about is the fact that on our previous vacations we had fun and enjoyed ourselves. But we have never returned with friends and people we plan to travel with in the future. Hedonism is the MOST unique and addictive place we could ever imagined. True, it is not for everyone, but the ones that enjoy it, will surely understand my comments.
